What is the duration of the Worry-Off Protection Plan?
  • Worry-Off Protection Plan is designed to offer peace of mind for a full year from the date of your purchase. It includes complimentary battery replacement and covers repairs for accidental damage—ensuring your device remains in optimal condition.
I bought my device from Phone-Off but don’t have proof that it’s covered under the Worry-Off Protection Plan. What should I do?
  • If you find yourself without proof of coverage, simply present your invoice or certificate of purchase. This documentation will allow you to effortlessly claim your Worry-Off benefits.
Does the Worry-Off Protection Plan cover water damage?
  • Unfortunately, the Worry-Off Protection Plan does not extend coverage to water damage. If your device encounters any water-related issues, it will not be eligible for additional benefits under the plan.
Is Worry-Off still active for factory-defective devices?
  • Yes, the Worry-Off Protection Plan remains valid for devices that are found to be factory-defective. These devices will receive the appropriate factory error warranty. However, please note that repairs conducted at unauthorized service centers will void the Worry OFF Protection.
Is Worry-Off still valid if the warranty seal is broken?
  • Regrettably, if the warranty seal is broken, the device forfeits both the factory error warranty and the protections offered by the Worry OFF Protection Plan, leaving it without coverage.
How long is the warranty repair period?
  • The duration of the warranty repair may vary based on the availability of spare parts from Off-Service. To keep you informed, you can easily track the status of your device’s service on our user-friendly website, ensuring you stay updated throughout the repair process.

Terms & Conditions

Phone-Off offers an affordable protection plan for Pre-Owned Devices. It covers accidental damage, battery wear and tear, and screen and back glass damage at a low cost.

The plan covers:

  • Free one-time battery replacement within a year if health drops below 80%.
  • Free one-time screen or back glass replacement due to user fault within a year.
  • Discounted repairs and replacements at Phone-Off’s service fees.

The plan is void if:

  • The device has been repaired or opened by unauthorized service centers. – Water damage is covered.
  • The warranty seal is broken or tampered with.

Replacement process:

  • LCD, back glass, and battery replacements are available in-stock.
  • If parts are out of stock, customers may experience a short waiting period, but repairs will be completed quickly.

Additional repair costs:

  • Front and back glass replacement is covered once for free (with applicable service fees) if the damage is limited to the front and back glass.
  • Customers must pay for repairs to internal components.

Purchase and redemption:

  • The plan can be purchased at any Phone-Off Showroom or via social media.
  • To claim benefits, customers must present the original invoice or device certificate from Phone-Off.

Dispute resolution:

  • The final decision in disputes rests with Phone-Off Management.

This plan provides worry-free protection, ensuring devices remain in optimal condition with minimal repair costs.
