Devices covered under the Worry Off Protection Plan are eligible for free or affordable repair services at Off-Service.
If a factory error is identified, customers are fully eligible for warranty service directly through Apple’s official warranty process.
The warranty is provided by Phone Off and is valid within the warranty period specified at the time of purchase. During this period, warranty claims will be handled in accordance with Phone Off’s terms, conditions, and warranty policy.
