Phone OFF – Free Battery Replacement Terms and Conditions
- All individuals aged 18 and above are eligible to receive one-time Free Battery Replacement.
- iPhone models from the iPhone 6 Series to iPhone 16 Series qualify for this offer.
- Our sales team will contact you two weeks prior to your scheduled booking date to confirm your appointment.
- Customers must visit the Phone OFF store in person. Delivery or mail-in service is not available.
- Only devices with Battery Health below 85% are eligible for replacement.
- Passcode is not required for the battery replacement process.
- A 1 Month Warranty (Peace of Mind) is included with the Free Battery Replacement.
- Walk-ins or unconfirmed bookings will not be accepted for free replacement.
- Devices with water-damaged batteries are not eligible. Water damage may lead to faster battery drain, overheating, and continued issues after replacement.
- A full device check will be conducted prior to battery replacement. If other issues are found, must be repaired first before proceeding with the free battery service. Replacing the battery on a faulty device may not resolve battery issues.
- If additional repairs are needed, customers will receive a 15% discount on the repair cost.
- Each customer is entitled to one free battery replacement for one device only. Additional devices are eligible for a 30% discount on battery replacement.
- Battery replacement takes approximately 45 minutes. Additional repair time will be communicated by the technician.
- You must arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your booking will be automatically canceled.
- If you miss your confirmed appointment, your slot will be offered to someone on the waiting list.
- This free service cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Phone OFF reserves the right to cancel or modify the offer at any time due to technical, scheduling, or stock limitations.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the Phone OFF Management Team is final.

- บุคคลทั่วไปอายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป มีสิทธิ์รับบริการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ฟรีได้ 1 ครั้งต่อ 1 ท่านเท่านั้น
- iPhone รุ่นใดก็ได้ตั้งแต่ iPhone 6 Series ถึง iPhone 16 Series มีสิทธิ์รับบริการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ฟรีได้
- ภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ก่อนถึงวันที่ลูกค้าจองไว้ พนักงานฝ่ายขาย Phone Off จะติดต่อยืนยันการจองล่วงหน้าทางโทรศัพท์
- ลูกค้าจะต้องนำเครื่องโทรศัพท์มารับบริการด้วยตนเองที่หน้าร้านเท่านั้น แคมเปญนี้ไม่ครอบคลุมการจัดส่งผ่านบริการ Delivery
- เฉพาะเครื่องที่มี Battery Health ต่ำกว่า 85% เท่านั้น ที่สามารถเข้ารับบริการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ได้”
- ไม่จำเป็นต้องให้รหัสผ่าน (Passcode) สำหรับการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่
- แบตเตอรี่ทดแทนฟรีมาพร้อมการรับประกัน 1 เดือน (ด้วยความอุ่นใจ)
- ในกรณีที่เครื่องเคยโดนน้ำ ทางร้านจะไม่ให้บริการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่เนื่องจากเครื่องที่เคยโดนน้ำ อาจเกิดผลเสียตามมาได้หลังจากเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ เช่น แบตเตอรี่เสื่อมเร็วขึ้น โทรศัพท์ร้อนกว่าปกติ หรือเกิดข้อผิดพลาดอื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติม
- ก่อนการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ช่างเทคนิคจะทำการตรวจสอบเครื่องเพื่อหาข้อผิดพลาดหรือปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่จำเป็นต้องแก้ไขก่อนในกรณีที่พบปัญหาอื่นๆ ทางร้านจะทำการซ่อมแซมข้อผิดพลาด เหล่านั้นก่อนจึงจะให้บริการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ฟรี 1 ครั้งได้ หากเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ทันทีโดยไม่แก้ไข ปัญหาที่มีอยู่เดิม เครื่องอาจประสบปัญหาแบตเตอรี่เสื่อมเร็วขึ้นหรือเกิดความผิดปกติอื่น ๆ ตามมาได้ ดังนั้น ควรแก้ไขปัญหาให้เรียบร้อยก่อนจึงจะเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่
- หากลูกค้าต้องการซ่อมแซมข้อผิดพลาดอื่น ๆ ด้วยตนเอง ทางร้านจะให้ส่วนลด 15% สำหรับค่าบริการซ่อมแซมทั้งหมด
- ลูกค้าแต่ละท่านมีสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ฟรีได้เพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น หากลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่สำหรับอุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ เพิ่มเติม สามารถรับส่วนลด 30% สำหรับการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ในอุปกรณ์เหล่านั้นได้
- ระยะเวลาการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่มาตรฐานจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 45 นาทีเท่านั้น แต่หากลูกค้าต้องการให้ช่างเทคนิคของทางร้านตรวจสอบและซ่อมแซมข้อผิดพลาดทางเทคนิคอื่น ๆ ด้วย ทางร้านจะแจ้งระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการซ่อมแซมเพิ่มเติมให้ลูกค้าทราบล่วงหน้า
- ลูกค้าต้องมาตามวันและเวลาที่เลือกในแบบฟอร์มจองเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ให้ตรงเวลา หากมาช้ากว่าเวลานัดหมายเกิน 20 นาที การจองนั้นจะถูกยกเลิกโดยอัตโนมัติ
- หากลูกค้าไม่มาตามวันและเวลาที่ได้ยืนยันไว้ ทางร้านจะให้สิทธิ์แก่ลูกค้ารายอื่นที่อยู่ในคิวรอแทน
- การเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ไม่สามารถแลกเป็นเงินสดหรือบริการอื่น ๆ ได้
- การเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่อาจถูกยกเลิกหรือเลื่อนโดย Phone OFF ได้ตามความเหมาะสม หากมีข้อจำกัดด้านเทคนิค ตารางเวลาการให้บริการ หรือสต็อกสินค้าที่จำกัด
- ในกรณีที่เกิดข้อพิพาทหรือข้อโต้แย้งใด ๆ เกี่ยวกับการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่ฟรี การตัดสินใจของทีมบริหาร Phone OFF จะถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Phone OFF – Free Battery Replacement Terms and Conditions
- အသက် ၁၈နှစ် နှင့်အထက် မည်သူမဆို Free Battery Replacement တစ်ဦးလျှင်တစ်ကြိမ် ရယူခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
- iPhone 6 Series to 16 Series အတွင်းတွင်ရှိသည့် မည်သည့် Model မဆို Free Battery Replacement ရရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။
- မိမိ Booking ယူထားသောရက် မရောက်မှီ ၂ပတ်အတွင်း Phone Off Sales Person များမှ ကြိုတင်ဖုန်းဆက်ကာ Booking Confirm ပြုလုပ်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- Customer များအနေဖြင့် Phone OFF သို့ ကိုယ်တိုင်ကိုယ်ကျလာရောက်လဲလှယ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်ရပါမည်။ Delivery ဖြင့် ပေးပို့ခြင်းများအကြုံးမဝင်ပါ။
- Battery Health 85% အောက်ရောက်နေသည့်အလုံးများကိုသာ Battery Replacement ပြုလုပ်ပေးပါမည်။
- Battery Replacement ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းအတွက် Passcode ပေးရန်မလိုပါ။
- Free လဲလှယ်ပေးထားသော Battery အတွက် Warranty 1 Month (Peace of Mind) ရရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။
- Walk-ins or unconfirmed bookings များအတွက် Free Battery Replacement လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။
- ရေဝင်ထားသောအလုံးများဖြစ်ပါက Battery လဲလှယ်ခြင်းကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးမည်မဟုတ်ပါ။ ရေဝင်ထားသောအလုံးများသည် Battery လဲလှယ်ပေးပြီးနောက်တွင်လည်း ရေဝင်ထားသည့် နောက်ဆက်တွဲဆိုးကျိုးကြောင့် Battery အားကုန်မြန်ခြင်း၊ လိုအပ်သည်ထက်ဖုန်းပိုပူခြင်းနှင့် အခြားသော Error များထပ်မံဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်သောကြောင့်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- Battery မလဲမှီ Technicians ဘက်မှလိုအပ်သည့် စစ်ဆေးမှုများကို စစ်ဆေးပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အခြားသောစက်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပြစ်ချက်များပေါ်လာပါက ထို Error များကိုပြုပြင်ပြီးမှသာ Battery Replacement Free (1) ကြိမ်လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Error ဖြစ်ပေါ်နေသည့်ဖုန်းကို Battery လဲပေးလိုက်ပါကလည်း အကျိုးသက်ရောက်မှုမရှိပဲ ပုံမှန်အတိုင်းအားကုန်မြန်ခြင်းနှင့် အခြားသောအရာများပါ ဆက်ဆက်ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာနိုင်သောကြောင့် လိုအပ်သည်ကို ပြုပြင်ပြီးမှသာလျှင် Battery လဲသင့်ပါသည်။
- အခြားသော Error များကို Customer ဘက်မှ တစ်ခါလည်းပြုပြင်လိုပါက စုစုပေါင်းပြုပြင်ခကုန် ကျစရိတ်ပေါ်တွင် (15%) Discount ဖြင့် OFF Service ဘက်မှ ပြုပြင်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- Customer (1) တစ်ဉီးလျှင် Battery လဲလှယ်ခွင့် (1) ကြိမ်သာ အခမဲ့လုပ်ဆောင်ခွင့်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး မိမိရှိ အခြားသော Device များကိုပါ Battery လဲလှယ်လိုပါက (30%) Discount ဖြင့်လဲလှယ်နိင်ပါသည်။
- Battery လဲပေးသည့်အချိန်သည် ပုံမှန်အားဖြင့် ၄၅ မိနစ်ဝန်းကျင်သာ ကြာမည်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း Customer ဘက်မှအခြားသောစက်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ Error များအတွက်ပါပြုပြင်လိုပါက ကြာချိန်ကို OFF Service ဘက်မှ Technicians များမှတွက်ချက်ကာ Customer အားပြန်လည်ပြောကြားပေးပါမည်။
- Battery Replacement Booking Form ထဲတွင်ရွေးချယ်ထားသည့် နေ့ရက်နှင့်အချိန် အတိအကျ ဆိုင်သို့လာပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး Booking အချိန်ထက် 15 မိနစ် ကျော်လွန်နောက်ကျပါက Booking Cancel ဖြစ်ပါမည်။
- မိမိ အတည်ပြုထားသော ရက်/အချိန်တွင် မရောက်ရှိလာပါက စောင့်ဆိုင်းစာရင်းရှိနေသော သူများ အတွက်အစားထိုးပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- Battery Replacement ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်းအား ငွေသား သို့မဟုတ် အခြားဝန်ဆောင်မှုများအတွက် လဲလှယ်၍မရပါ။
- Battery Replacement ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်းအား နည်းပညာပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပြုလုပ်ပေးမည့်အချိန်ဇယား သို့မဟုတ် Stock လိုအပ်ချက်များရှိလာခဲ့ပါက Phone OFF ဘက်မှာ ပြန်လည်ညှိနှိုင်းခွင့်ရှိပါသည်။
- Free Battery Replacement ပြုလုပ်ပေးခြင်းအတွက် အငြင်းပွါးမှုတစ်စုံတစ်ရာဖြစ်ပေါ်လာပါက Phone OFF Management Team ဘက်မှဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သာအတည်ယူမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
